From August on, South Korea will impose fuel efficiency ratings on new vehicles to cut fuel consumption by 15% from 2004 levels. The measure is part of the country’s first-ever plan to freeze overall greenhouse gas emissions at 2005 levels until 2012.
從今年八月起 , 南韓將加強提昇新車燃料的效率比以減少燃料的消耗較2004年減少15%. 這樣的測量是該國前所未見的第一個計畫去凍結2012年前將溫室氣體的排放量降到2005的水準 .
